The menu says many things are GF, but they have a shared frier so unfortunately they’re not actually gluten-free. I did choose a salad with GF chicken and it was delicious. So, it’s a good option, just be sure to think about clarifying how they prepare items.

They have made to order omelettes and smoothie bowls for breakfast. Coffee is delicious and they have gf baked goods such as apple bread, espresso brownies, muffins, ooey gooey bars, energy balls, etc. There is also a lunch menu with specials. Very good and healthy options!! All of their food is good and the staff is very knowledgeable!*last time here they told me the hard corn taco shells are fried in shared oil…so stay away from those.

They do have a lot of GF options, but I wish they took cross contamination more seriously. I ordered chicken nachos with the gluten free chicken, and even though it was marked gluten free nobody told me they fried the chips in the same frier as everything else and I got sick. I have gone back since but I am more careful with the food now. On the bright side if you specifically ask about cross contamination they will be honest with you.

The chicken is listed as gluten free and I told the worker when I ordered that I was gluten free. After eating 1 taco the server came out and told me the chicken is only gluten free if you ask and the waiter forgot to put it on the order so we had consumed gluten. Not only was it not gluten free but also had soy, another allergen. I’m in town to work and will now have to deal with stomach pain. I purposely sought out this place because of gluten free reviews. Very disappointed.

Helpful with gluten and dairy allergies. Never been sick . Eaten here 5 times. Love the tacos and nourish bowel. Coffee is great.

This place is great. The food quality is wonderful, the street tacos (my fave) are so so good! There are so many healthy options, I was blown away! Plus, as a cool bonus they always have gluten free bakery items (desserts), and really good drinks!

I have been here a few times for the coffee and gluten free baked goods (muffins, coffe cakes, etc.). They have always been very good, and I've never had an issue afterwards. I tried lunch there for the first time yesterday. I had an amazing kimchi fried rice with chicken. It was the best fried rice I've had since being diagnosed. I am always nervous trying new places, and they gave the normal "shared prep environment" cautions. In the end, no issues after eating the fried rice, so I am pretty confident they are doing good work in the back. I will DEFINITELY be back to try some more of this great food.
