The staff seemed knowledgeable, suggested modifications to the dishes to be GF. Also, the risotto was supposed to be completely GF. However, when I tested the food with Nima, it detected gluten. So they probably don’t do a good job with cross contamination.
The seafood risotto was supposed to be completely GF. The PEI tenderloin could be modified (sauce removed) to be GF. They also have a chicken option and GF desert. However, I tested with Nima the risotto and the mash potato that comes with the tenderloin and Nima detected gluten in both.
