Waitress was super helpful and all food came out great! She even gave me her “cheat sheet” that the waiters and waitresses use.
Yes
The staff was very good but the pizza was awful, little to no topping and the crust was cold
Had great gf options! The pizza was wonderful!
Almost everything is or can be made gluten free. It is not marked GF on the menu, but none of the ingredients are left off. If you tell your server they will make your meal as GF and then there will be no problems. I have eaten here many times and never been sick, and I am very sensitive.
The Pressroom really needs to educate their staff about gluten free options. Our waitress had no idea if they had gluten free bread, ridiculed me for ordering a gluten free pizza and reminded me how terrible gluten free crust is and that I should just order the normal crust and had no knowledge what so ever about what items on their menu are gluten free. There are so many restaurants in Lancaster City that are have gluten free options and have a chef and staff that are knowledgeable. However, the Pressroom is the worst experience I have had eating gluten free. Stay far away from this place.
No
I was very disappointed with the lunch selection. Pizza with gluten free crust was about it, and per doctors orders I on gluten free AND low glycemic load diet. Gluten free flours have an even higher glycemic load than regular flour..so no pizza crust for me. That meant about the only lunch selection left for me was a very expensive burger $12 without a bun, and I was charged $1 for a slice of cheese on the burger and $2 for about 2 tablespoons of guacamole. When I inquired about their daily soup the waitress told me she "doubted" it had flour or gluten in it. It was obvious she was clueless.
Great glutenfree dinning no menu yet
