We had an excellent server who was able to guide those with celiac through the menu and checked with the chef when she wasn’t sure. No one got sick. The food was amazing. Great taste, great atmosphere. Will eat there again when in the area.

Update 8/2015. There is a new chef and they no longer stock gluten-free pasta. Also when I called they told me they had gluten-free bread but when we arrived we were told no. However most of the menu items are made gluten-free. And they have some gluten free desserts such as carrot cake, which was a little grainy.
The restaurant at Mt. Princeton is in a peaceful setting with big windows that overlook the surrounding woods. The dining area is comfortable and clean with white tablecloths. When I asked if they have gluten-free bread for my burger, the chef came out and spoke with me for a while. He told me they have many celiac guests and can do just about anything if they have enough notice. On hand they had gluten-free blueberry muffins for breakfast, gluten-free buns and bread, gluten-free pasta and some type of gluten-free chocolate dessert. Unfortunately I was too full to try it. And they did not charge me extra (as most places do) for my gluten-free bun! The service was excellent and the prices very reasonable. Even though it is a little ways from highway 285, I am looking forward to trying their breakfast and dinner.
