This is a decent place to go for very basic BBQ. Very limited selections and no GF sauces, at least not available for dine in. When I asked about the single vinegar based sauce, the response I got was “we don’t have a bottle open, but you could purchase one” Just sauce folks, for the menu cost—-provide the one available for us celiacs, that’s all. Not overly impressive selection. I prefer Mission BBQ with a huge celiac menu and cross contamination awareness, about 8-10 sauce and only a couple not GF.

Delicious BBQ, let them know you don't want any bread, and you're good. I've eaten the potato salad and have not had any issues.
Meat is safe, just ask for a sandwich without the bun. Staff is careful about cross contamination. I’ve had the potato salad several times without a problem.
Yes
All the meat is safe (gluten free) but get without bread. Staff was not too positive about the sides, but I took a chance on the potato salad and had no reaction as a celiac.
