Nope. My husband called to see if they offered gf meals and they said yes over the phone. When we arrived the waitress was not knowledgeable and was disappointed that we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Bad. Got glutened even after I ordered gf and sent it back. Staff was not knowledgeable and just scraped off the top when I sent it back. Stay away.

No GF Menu. Very few options - trout, chicken, pork or a modified salad. Staff not very helpful. Left & went to Glenwood Canyon Brewpub.

I've been here twice and both times I was not super impressed by the staff. The food is absolutely delicious, but the portions are small. The staff are not very knowledgable and there is no gluten free menu. Our waiter did not know much, and was awkward, and had to go to the back to find anything out. The options were not wide, but they're all tasty. It's a little pricey too.

Kitchen does not prep a gf food although it seems like it. I tested with Nima and it had gluten. :( staff is nice but unfortunately not trained to do gluten free.

Amazing and so so good!! Went for dinner one night and brunch the next day. Staff was super knowledgeable about Celiac and very accommodating! Atmosphere is great and good is delicious. I highly recommend this place!!

Great place to eat Gluten Free in Glenwood. Great for "Foodies", too. Ask lots of questions of server to make sure, especially if Celiac.

Emily was our server today. She was WONDERFUL. They don't have a specific gluten free menu but she was able to explain what I could and could not have. I got one of the hash and egg dishes. It came with a whiskey maple syrup. It's already premade but since they weren't sure the whiskey (the brand they usually use was on back order) the cook made a cup just for me with a GF whiskey. They were so accommodating and so nice. We will for sure come here again next trip to Glenwood!

They were very accommodating to my son who has celiac disease, and the food is delicious. (Recommend the 7th Street Rita for an adult beverage)

So good! Not a dedicated gf menu per se but most things on it are gf or can be made gf (i.e., no bun). I had the smoked trout with root veggies, amazing. The cocktail menu is great! Casual, industrial feel.

Delicious and our waiter was really happy to help me with gluten free options. I had the devilled eggs, daily soup and a salad. Everything was fresh, tasty and really well thought through to maximise flavour. Recommended!

My waiter was rather awkward and unhelpful and the portions were small, but delicious.

Staff knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination (such as warning me about french fries fried in the same oil as battered food). They had a good selection of gluten free dishes/easily adaptable dishes. The food was so delicious and I had no problems.

Waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable with GF items on the menu. The food and cocktails were amazing! Had an old fashioned that was seriously good.

No GF menu or labels but the server was great about explaining options and since they make everything from scratch it was great!

Amazing food and almost everything on their menu is naturally gf. Very willing to accommodate celiac disease.

The menu at The Pullman is interesting with many items that you won't see in a run-of-the-mill restaurant. It does not list GF items but the staff knows exactly what is GF and what can be modified. The food is very good and the restaurant fun. I will be back!

Staff was very alert and helpful with multiple food allergies. They adjusted a menu item to accommodate my needs.

food was really good. they were willing to work with my wife around her food allergies. waiter was rude or else it would be 5 stars. Went back food was still very good and service was excellent.

Ditto all else said. My favorite place in town for excellent food and casual atmosphere. The wait staff - always a treat!

Very good. No GF menu. But the staff is knowledgeable and can make recommendations. If the dish is not GF, they will make modifications. I didn't have to do that though. The dish I chose was GF.

Very pleasant and knowledgable waitstaff who could differentiate between gluten sensitivity and Celiac disease. Waiter made appropriate substitutions and gave a great dessert recommendation! Would definitely return here again!

This was really good food. The menu doesn't say gluten free but the staff is well trained on GF. Once you tell them you need GF they tell you everything you can eat. I had amazing roasted chicken! They also have a great flourless chocolate cake! Clean restaurant with fun trendy atmosphere.
