This spot is not entirely gluten free per their website — I learned this only after drinking my smoothie. The staff was not at all aware of the fact that they were dedicated gluten-free when I asked. I should have checked their website instead of blindly trusting the app.

Upon further research, their website states that the “gluten/soy-free azuki miso and oat flowers have been processed in facilities with wheat or soy products, so cross contamination is always a possibility.”

After an hour or so it was clear I’d been glutened. The strawberry matcha smoothie was pleasantly fruity, balanced, and delicious in flavor though.
