Update 2023 - they no longer have a dedicated fryer, but they do offer gluten free buns for their burgers.

Went here wanting fries. My server said there was no dedicated frier and that the kitchen was way too small to have a gf frier. Still got a burger though with gf bun!

Their designated frier was off and told me it would take 30-45 minutes to set it up and get me fries. I wanted fries and went there for the frier but didn’t want to wait! Overall good food tho.

Spoke with the chef. The separate fryer isn't on unless a GF order goes in, but they'll usually ask if you're getting fries with your sandwich on a GF bun. So make sure to specify. Sometimes they have GF flour for other fried foods, but not always. Ghostfish IPA is available if you're craving a beer.

Great people here. It's becoming one of my regular spots. Burgers are fantastic and the whiskey selection is great if you have faith in distillation.
