Not a completely gluten free environment, so please know that. That being said, it is wonderfully full of gluten free items, including a dedicated fryer! Specify that you need gluten free. Felt safe, didn’t get sick, will go back. Service is SLOW, so plan accordingly.

Hopefully, our service is better now as we have more employees. We do have one item that is not gluten free, a brioche bun, but it is prepared outside our kitchen area. Thanks
