My server checked if my allergy was celiac, when I said yes she knew unprompted to ask the kitchen to change their gloves and boards. They brought me tamari (I had brought my own so I hadn't even asked!). Most of the rolls have sauces so be careful what you order but they took extra precautions and I was super pleased!
