No gluten-free beers and no dedicated fryers. There are, however, a few GF-marked options on the menu. I ordered the Chicken Cobb salad and a kitchen staff member was helpful about safety protocols: chicken was prepared in external facility; no fried foods due to CC and burgers can be made with lettuce stack. Also said they could modify other salads to make it safe (no croutons and sub protein side).
