Red Brick is a fun joint, but go for the live music and a cider on tap and have dinner elsewhere, definitely not Celiac safe.

The previous reviews must be insane. First of this place is not celiac friendly! All their pizzas are cooked in a brick oven so that means a lot of cross contamination! Not only that but the Caesar salad I got, which I asked for no croutons on, had crumbles all in it! Now let's talk about price, we got two ten inch pizzas (which on their site didn't say the gluten free pizzas were 10 in) and two small salads for freaking $53!!!! It's ridiculous and should be considered a crime!!!! Never ever will I come here again and no one who is gf/celiac should!!!

I am only giving this place three stars because, their, GF pizza, is frozen dough. The toppings were fabulous, however the pizza crust was only crispy on the edge and the rest of it was very doughy and seemed undercooked. Not very appealing, especially since it's a very thin crust pizza. They were accommodating and I do appreciate that, and I also appreciate the simple fact that, they are offering, gluten-free food.

Amazing gluten free pizza. While this is the only gf option, it's a great one. It is free of cross-contamination!
