Told the server I had celiac and clarified this meant I was gluten free. She added a gluten allergy to my order. I ordered a grilled chicken dish with mashed potatoes and green beans. I also had a side salad. Soon after eating I could tell my food was cross contaminated. They have gluten free items but they do not seem capable of accommodating those who need to avoid cross contamination.

I don't know if there are any gluten free options in the restaurant but there is a store on site where you can buy meat, desserts, or sides to take home. There are marinated meat options that are gluten free. We bought the chicken and it was really good.

Most of the menu can be made GF. They have a delicious GF bun for all the sandwiches. All barbecue sauces are GF. Unfortunately no dedicated fryer but what can you do. I had the pulled pork chili and a Cuban sandwich. The Cuban in particular was delicious. There were several other menu options that looked amazing and I would definitely go back.
Nice outdoor space under an open air tent that felt safe in the covid era

They do not have a gluten free menu. They do offer gluten free buns for sandwiches. You have to navigate the menu yourself to determine gluten free options. Unfortunately I did have a reaction and I'm only gluten sensitive.
amazing hot brisket sandwich!! all of their BBQ sauces are gluten free and their buns are fluffy and delicious! will def be back again
