The Restaurant at Convict Lake

It's a little bit of a splurge when we go to Mammoth, but the food never disappoints! The staff and kitchen are completely aware of gluten-free needs. Of course, I wanted one of the 4 items on the menu NOT gf (oh, the variety!) and the chef modified my choice to be gluten free. If you bring children, you need to order the bananas foster as it is table-side entertainment!
