The first thing the waiter asked about was allergies! Many of the menu options were gluten free or easily modified. They were knowledgeable and prepared our food contamination free. They didn’t have GF substitutes for pizza and pasta but all the food we could have was amazing- I didn’t miss it at all! Very contamination sensitive celiac and didn’t get any symptoms. Beautiful and memorable farm to table dining experience.
