Glick's Rib Shack - The Original Rib Stand

Great little spot! Prices are good (~$11 for 1lb ribs, ~$5.50 for sides) and taste was great. Cashier knew about gluten. He wasn’t sure about BBQ sauce so I skipped it. Will be back!

All but the Mac and cheese are safe. Very friendly and informative staff!

All GF except Mac & cheese. Food can be boxed separately. I had ribs and green beans without reaction.

Great Food!!! Had the ribs with mild BBQ sauce and potato wedges and felt great after.

Food was delicious and everything is GF except for the mac-n-cheese. Sauces are also said to be GF. Apparently, this establishment goes by "Glick's Rib Shack" and/or "The Rib Stand". It lists as the latter on Google and Google Maps.
