Ordered room service. Manager had excellent knowledge of gf needs. They have a dedicated grill area that is used only for gluten free and a dedicated fryer. Had a great lettuce wrapped burger and fries and did not get sick. Felt very safe

Every single staff here knew exactly what Celiac was and how to handle it. (They have a bartender at the pool who is Celiac too!) they even went out of their way to give us an extra fridge and a microwave in case we needed it. They have great celiac friendly options both at the pool AND main restaurant. Great overall experience.
