I ate ate the Roost twice with my sisters (who have celiac). We all got sick. We told the waiter and he told the kitchen, but there must have been some cross contamination. When I asked about cross contamination, I was told that there is a separate fryer for gluten free items, but there is NOT a separate prep area. I’m very sad, as the food is delicious. I’m sure the menu is gluten friendly, but it is NOT gluten free.
