The Rustic Muffin

Not a great experience, first staff did not look happy to be working, we were never greeted or asked can I help you. I asked if they could make a pizza bagel GF and they said no so I asked what kind of bagels were GF, I settled on a cinnamon raisin bagel and I waited at least 10mins for it to be toasted. I was ready to just leave but it was expensive. Bagel had zero flavor and apparently you have to call to see if they have any GF muffins which this day they did not. I also asked if a certain coffee was GF and they looked like they had no idea what I was asking. So anyway I was not confident in ordering anything nor did they seem to care or be helpful. We will never go back.

Had a delicious bacon egg and cheese on a gluten free bagel. Staff asked if I wanted a separate toaster and glove change. Even have GF muffins made to order- call ahead for them to make you one. Great food!

The gluten free are done in separate work space, the make everything stored separately, and I had a everything bagel with ham, egg, and cheese. Plus bought 4 more gluten free bagels to take home.

The Rustic Muffin is the dream restaurant for someone with Celiac. Not many restaurants in the Summerville area are as intentional as the Rustic Muffin in having a delicious GF menu. I just had their Peach Cobbler Muffin for breakfast and it was beyond delicious! Very moist and flavorful! I've also had lunch sandwiches and breakfast bagels which were equally as delicious. They have a dedicated toaster so no worries of cross contamination.

A gluten-free cinnamon raisin bagel toasted in their designated gluten-free toaster it's absolutely fantastic! The service was quick and friendly they understood my allergy and concerns and we're careful to make sure that everything was correct on my order.
