Had a lot of difficulty ordering here. They would not substitute any items to gf. All of the main dishes came with sides containing gluten. They wanted me to hold the gluten items and add on a side of gf items at full cost on top of the cost of the main dish. Not a great experience.

No GF menu but handled it well, I went for the steak with potatoes au gratin and snap peas - she double checked on the potatoes because sometimes they use flour, thankfully that night they hadn’t because those potatoes were the best thing on the plate! Also got to enjoy a GF pecan cake with sorbet and whipped cream for dessert.

Wonderful tasting and excellent gluten free food options. Would highly recommend. Katie, our server, was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting gf options.

Chef was accommodating to my request for GF, DF, no grains and no soy. Made me a delicious plate of vegetables and grilled chicken. It was so good!

The Rusty Spoon is a great destination for GF foodies. The executive chef concocts a varied menu of starters and dinner options from the freshest local in-season ingredients. While there was not a GF menu, the chef was very flexible about modifying her recipes as needed for the GF diner, which opened up a solid 50% of the menu. The chef and our sever were both also very knowledgeable and agreeable in dealing with challenges like cross contamination. Favorites include chickpea chocolate cake and gelato, deviled eggs, and a fantastic spicy chicken.
