All GF with a sign posted keeping out food from outside so there is no cross contamination. I also have a dairy allergy and they’ve been able to accommodate every time! If I ever visit Mt Dora area again I’ll definitely be back! Wonderful to know I can eat safely.

This restaurant is completely gluten free! As a Celiac person I really appreciate and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food! I had the roast beef sandwich and a large fry with the happy gnome dipping sauce. Everything was excellent! My wife had the tuna panini melt and had the kerfuffle truffle sauce, she dosen't like mayonnaise so we switched sauces, but again, everything was incredibly good.

I had the Rueben and the truffle fries - both absolutely delicious. The fries are real sliced potatoes. Comes with classic tasty crisp pickle. Highly recommend! The outdoor seating area is very pleasant with umbrellas to provide shade. I’m extremely sensitive to gluten and had no issues. Great place!

I went to the restaurant because it was 100% gluten-free with no chance of cross-contamination. I got the truffle fries and hardy gnomes club; both were oh-so-delicious. Also, I didn't feel sick after eating here. I will be coming back when I visit Florida!

Exceeded my expectations. I’ve been wanting to eat here for a while, but we are in North Florida and it never seemed to be on the way to where we were traveling. Well we finally decided to go 30mins out of the way on our trip to Miami, and I will do my best to make more stops here in the future. I got the Club and my husband got the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and we were both very impressed. Even my non celiac husband said “this is good gluten free bread.” The fries were amazing and the sauces were out of the world. The key lime pie is incredible. One of the other patrons brought in outside food and the manager asked them to leave and then wiped down all the surfaces where they were. I really appreciate their commitment to the safety of Celiacs. They have signs everywhere that say don’t bring in outside food or drink, and I’m glad they enforce their policies. They are planning on moving to a different location with more seating and I can’t wait to visit!

We happened to find this little gem while visiting Mount Dora to see the downtown lights and shops. Our Celiac daughter was able to eat to her hearts content…without fear of sickness. Friendly staff, ALL GF!, small offering, but very tasty. We had grilled cheese sandwich, hot ham and cheese, truffle fries, and Borland bottled sodas. All excellent!

I’d give this restaurant a solid 3.5 stars. The fries are excellent and so are the dipping sauces. The sandwiches aren’t bad, but they aren’t the best. I got the cheese and steak panini (which is one of their hot sandwiches) and it had one half with too much meat and the other had too little in comparison. Not a big deal at all, but felt it was worth saying.

MOST IMPORTANT THOUGH was the wait time for food. It took the staff 20-25 minutes to bring us our food. Now it was busy there to be fair, but the staff didn’t seem very on the ball. They were very nonchalant and seemed very new to the job. Personally, I feel they could have acted more serious or worked a bit faster to get meals out.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience and I’m happy with how dedicated the restaurant is to gluten-free. They even have signs that ask for people to not bring in outside food so there isn’t any potencial cross contamination for those who have gluten sensitivities or have celiac disease (like me). My main issue was the wait time. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I hope this helps someone!

French fries are amazing- love the different types and get different ones each time. My fave are the pulled pork ones. The sandwiches I have found good and ok. BLT is amazing, Philly Cheese Steak is roast beef - not bad but not a cheese steak. Chicken breast and club super yummy. And absolutely LOVE their bread, buy a loaf if you can every time you go.

We have eaten here at least five times in the past couple of years and twice this week while staying in Mt Dora. What an absolutely wonderful experience to walk in and know that EVERYTHING is safe! My celiac husband is in heaven with the gluten free breads and beers and FRENCH FRIES! I love it too! This was the best Gluten free place I have ever eaten! Even better they are nice and know everything that is in their dishes. Best place ever! We come from pretty far to eat here all the time. They are 100% gluten free so nothing to worry about! My friends and family eat here too and have no idea it’s gluten free. The hot ham and cheese is my absolute favorite and the fries are so good. A must try.

Dedicated gluten free restaurant, they even ask that you do not bring any outside food or drink for no cross contamination for people with Celiac. My kids had the hot ham and cheese with fries, I had the club and my husband had the cheese steak Panni. All the sandwiches were good except the cheese steak was more like a roast beef with cheese. We also had the poutine and the pike hill fires the fires were good as well. The service was good they let us know ahead of time it was a 20 minute wait.

This 100% Gluten-Free restaurant did not disappoint! Ordered Rueben, no cheese (dairy intolerance) with fries & side of housemade ghost pepper ketchup.

Visiting friends that live here and we got takeout. I got the tuna salad sandwich and it was delicious. Their gluten free bread is incredible and didn't fall apart at all. We got a large order of fries to split and they were amazing. I got the gnome sauce to dip them in. I definitely want to try more stuff here. Absolutely delicious and worth the trip! It was so nice to have a place not too far from home that is dedicated gluten free. They also had dairy free options for the sandwiches, which is a win. We stumbled upon this place to find that they are completely gluten-free. The staff is extremely friendly, and they have a lot of options for lunch. Don’t forget the different variety of fries they offer, such as truffle fries, regular pomme frites, and pizza fries. We ordered the club and it was absolutely delicious. We opted to get the ranch dressing to dip our fries and couldn’t have been happier. They also offer a different variety of wines and sodas, including the entire line of Gutenberg dedicated gluten free beers. Zero negative reaction, they are truly dedicated gluten free facility. Definitely try them if you’re in the area you will not be disappointed.

Run don’t walk! this is one of my favorite Celiac meals of all time, which I didn’t expect from a French dry spot. Hand cut fries, toppings/sauces, and sandwiches but the simplicity of this spot is exactly what makes it great. Getting fresh Boars Head cold cuts on a deli style sandwich was such a treat that I haven’t safely been able to get since my celiac diagnosis. The GF bread was seriously the best I’ve ever had! We had truffle and cheese/bacon/ranch fries. I had an incredible roast beef sandwich, and my BF had tuna salad panini. Wine was also on tap which was cool! Check hours before you go as they close a few hours a day on weekdays. Support this local business when you’re in town, you won’t regret it!

Extremely sensitive celiac + wheat/dairy allergy, so I rarely eat out. Customer service was excellent! Staff was friendly & gave really good recommendations. Got the Hardy Gnomes Club special, sauce sampler, extra fries, cupcakes, cider. Sandwich was huge and so tasty. The bread, oh the bread, delicious with basil (you can buy extra to bring home). The fries were crispy outside & soft inside. The sauces I loved, Kerfluffle Truffle & Gnome’s Garden were my favorites with Buffalo close second. The bourbon ketchup was so good, especially the next day. I even dipped popcorn in the leftover sauces because they were so good, with the children laughing at me. Cupcakes were small but delicious (also keto). German chocolate I liked best. I was ridiculously surprised at how good it was. Will definitely be back!
