Review of The Salted Rim

Although they have gluten free items (corn tortilla, tortilla chips) they do not have any way to ensure gluten free cooking methods. They do not have a separate fryer. They do not have a gluten free dedicated cooking area. The server told me the only items they could offer my daughter with celiac disease was a boiled hot dog.
