Great food and ambience! Great service too. I’m gluten intolerant/wheat allergy and menu items clearly marked on menu. GF pasta vongole was gorgeous as well as scallops.

First of all, the food was delicious and the staff was really friendly. We told the waiter that our son has celiac disease and asked if it was safe to order the salmon. It was. Also the fries were safe. He told us he would inform the kitchen about our son’s celiac disease so he could eat safely. But unfortunately he had a severe reaction afterwards. So he definitely ate gluten. We thought about it and he thinks they put soya sauce on the salmon. Really disappointing because the experience of eating here was great. We won’t be coming back now.

I've been there three times and they have been consistently great food, service, and atmosphere. Everyone has been very celiac aware and I've had no reactions - speaking as a "canary" celiac who is usually and indicator for my other celiac friends.

Great restaurant, very cool location. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A lot of options on the menu and accommodations can be made to make almost everything GF. Food was great. We had fries (dedicated fryer), oysters on the half shell, Dungeness crab, and squid. If we are ever in Vancouver again, we are definitely coming back.

Great service! The staff was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu- and assured me they had a separate kitchen space and fryer for their gf food. He also explained that they use cornstarch and rice flour in most dishes instead of regular flour. I ordered the wok fried mussels in garlic butter and a side of fries- and no reaction afterwards!

Knowledgeable staff. Menu has “GF” markers to indicate options. Food was yummy, but very pricey. A very good upscale meal.

This is a beautiful spot, located on Granville Island, just under the bridge. We were cozy on a chilly day on their covered patio with heaters and blankets! I had my first successful celiac friendly meal the night before in Stanley Park at The Teahouse, and found out the same company runs this restaurant as well. We are so glad we gave it a try. The restaurant has a great vibe, and the waiter was very knowledgeable. When there was something he wasn't sure on, he checked with the kitchen and returned. We had delicious crab cakes that didn't have any breading in them! For my lunch I ordered the Haida Gwai halibut, with jasmine rice and grilled vegetables. It was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone, GF or not.
