The stars are more about the poor service and mediocre food than about problems with gluten in the food. However, their inability to get the basics right left me concerned about their ability to keep the food form getting cross contaminated. My girlfriend is celiac, so we are pretty cautious. I don't recommend you take a chance with this place if you really need to avoid gluten.
Service was extremely slow and after about 45 minutes the waitress came by to ask us if my girlfriend wanted soup or salad with her meal. That made it clear that they had messed up her order since she had ordered a salad. So they had a chance to correct the order, but when it came out it was still incorrect. The server basically fled the table after bringing the food and didn't come near us again until we were almost done. When the sever did come by, I pointed out that they had gotten my girlfriend's order wrong a second time and the server offered half off. I thought that meant half off on the whole meal, but that was just half off on my girlfriend's meal, the one she didn't order. In my humble opinion, if you serve the wrong order you shouldn't charge for it, especially if it takes you an hour to serve it. At that point we didn't dare take the time to give them a third try to get it right.
The two salads we got were small and unremarkable. At least the chicken on my salad as warm. Her tri-tip was cold.

Soooo..... Slow!! Out of gf biscuits, regular biscuits and gf breadcrumbs to make the chicken. Ordered a gf salad, the cook put the tortilla strips on the salad, realized his mistake and then picked them off! Luckily I saw him do it so I didn't eat a cross contaminated salad. Told them I can't eat that so had to wait another 20 minutes to eat while my family ate. Daughters toast was way burnt. Server was nice- which is why i gave it 2 stars. Will not return.

Really yummy and very knowledgable about celiac and providing Gluten Free options. Close to the I5 so a perfect stop when driving through town.

The BEST gluten free hamburger buns I have had! Everything on the menu is delicious and supports local vendors. I have yet to try to GF biscuits and gravy (yes, I said GF biscuits and gravy) but I can't wait!
This place is a foodie's dream. The menu is marked GF, V, etc; they have local, grass-fed beef; they have dedicated GF space; and their service/space is fab!!! I'm going to have to drive here again (2 hours) and it will be worth every bite!!!!

I am VERY sensitive and have eaten there several times without any reaction. I really appreciate an independent that's not dedicated GF (or anyone for that matter), that pays attention and understands the importance of cross contamination for those of us that can lose days of our lives in misery because of crumbs.

My husband and I go here all the time. They are a local company that uses quality ingredients, and their food is wonderful. When I asked about cross contamination they said they have a dedicated toaster, and grill.
