The Sedgley Place

Rave Review! Sedgley Place is a fine dining establishment. Having never been, I called several days ahead of time to secure a reservation. I explained that my wife and I are both celiacs, and she is also dairy free. We discussed menu items and ingredients. The staff was very helpful and reassured me understood our needs. When we arrived, there were gluten free crackers, with a cheese dip already on our table. Our server, Amber, had met with the hostess and chef ahead of time, and studied the menu to prepare for serving us. She new our dietary need, and was able to answer all of our questions AT THE TABLE. There was no running back to the chef to ask. Amber was amazing. We ate a loaf of home made gluten free bread We felt safe eating our meal. After our meal, we were offered a flourless tort, and ice cream Sunday or a Gluten Free/Dairy Free Chocolate Mousse they had made specially for my wife. Sedgley Place went above and beyond, without being asked, to make sure our dining experience was just as amazing as every other guest.
