Large number of GF choices. Server was knowledgeable and took good care of us. Food was very good. Indoor and outdoor seating. We would come back here.

Friendly atmosphere, food was very good and reasonably priced. They also had a gluten free menu which is helpful. Highly recommend this place.

One of my favorite places to eat GF in Winston-Salem! They have a GF menu and will be extra careful if you have Celiac. The owner Pete sometimes cooks my meal and has told me how to order my favorite item (salmon and green beans cooked in a pan with oil). My salmon looks different than what my daughter orders (non GF).

They have a separate gf menu, you just need to ask for it. The waitress was knowledgeable and asked me if it was celiac or a preference, saying that they had procedures and a special button for celiac or allergy vs preference.

The food was tasty. I had the grilled salmon, mashed potatoes and asparagus. I didn't get sick and I'm pretty sensitive, so they did a great job!

We love Sherwoods. They are very accommodating for gluten-free options. Best grilled chicken. One of our favorite restaurants. Pete the owner is great.

Great food! They have a gluten free menu and even though they do not have a dedicated space the owner Pete was very accommodating and made my daughter who has celiac her food personally. Highly recommend!
