Great ice cream, staff was very informed about gluten allergies/celiac and told us that they change gloves, use a new scoop, and open a new carton for GF orders. They have two types of GF cones too! Didn't get sick either :)

I was asked if this Choice of asking for a gluten-free cone was a choice Or an allergy? I stated it was not a choice. They proceeded to ask many other good questions such as cleaning utensils etc. She even put clean gloves on to serve my gluten-free con. Also asked about the wheat in the chocolate chips I chose.
