This place definitely lives up to the hype! We went to have lunch here for my son’s birthday and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed! The line was pretty long when we went, but it was during rush hour around lunch. The staff was super kind and explained everything to us about the menu, ordering and getting a table. The chiliquiles were AMAZING, my boyfriend got those and it fed both of us and enough for leftovers for him the next day! I had the waffles and I swear they are the best waffles I’ve ever had in my life! The texture and flavor was 10/10! My son got the pancakes which are not GF but he said they were delish! The service was incredible and I didn’t get sick at all. We will definitely be coming back!

There are several gluten free options including the waffles (they don’t offer a glutenous one). This place always has a line, you order at window then sit down. Always worth. I usually get duck hash or chilaquiles.

My breakfast was fabulous. The food is great! Just be prepared to wait. Everyone else knows how good it is too! I had the waffles and they were sooooo good.

Several GF options on the menu. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and what can be made GF. I got the GF waffles and a side of bacon. Delicious. I’m really surprised this place has not been included here. It’s very well known, award winning little hole in the wall place. Hours later not a single symptom of contamination. It is not a dedicated GF restaurant (otherwise it would have 5 stars) but I would be very comfortable eating here in the future and I plan on it!
