The Silo on 7th

They have gf bread but that is it! Very misleading and server didn't say anything when I ordered gf. When I specifically asked about the burgers, he said they had bread crumbs. If you are a celiac, don't go here!

Typical burger bar. No separate fryer, but it doesn't look like there's anything breaded and fried. They offer a seasonal veggie bowl as a side, which had squash, peppers and onions.

They advertise GF rolls when it's actually Udi's sandwich bread. However, they buy their Udi's from costco because it's the extra large sized bread. Kind of a letdown but the burger was creative. I got the Lydia Street burger and it was very tasty.
