What a tasty treat for Celiac breakfast seekers! Our kids have Celiac and are very sensitive. The restaurant was very knowledgeable about celiac and cross-contamination. For gluten-free crepes, they use buckwheat flour and clean all surfaces, hands and utensils before preparation. Food with allergies comes out with specially marked sticks. Not only did we eat here safely but the food was phenomenal… Absolutely delicious. We will be hitting this place for breakfast every morning we are here in Burlington!
