Super nice experience they had close to 10 different flavors that were gluten-free (confirmed by owners who make the ice cream on site). I felt very confident in them knowing the ingredients.

The chocolate fudge / strawberry & cream cup combo was delicious

EDIT (may 2024): staff was very unfriendly about gluten allergy. I wanted to order a pint and they refused to get it from a fresh carton. They also put up new signage about allergies that implied you're likely to get sick here. Sadly I will not be coming back. Jerks.
