The Sol Kitchen

The Sol Kitchen does an amazing GF Mac and 5 cheese. Their Mochi waffles are GF, and they often have soups, desserts and special items of the week available that are GF. You won’t find most of the GF items on the online menu, but if you call in and ask, they can tell you exactly what they have available. One of their staff members has a gluten allergy and they do an excellent job of guarding against possible cross contamination issues. I’ve eaten their food regularly, and I have had zero issues. I have a celiac friend who has also been able to eat from their GF options with zero reactions.
