The SolFood Kitchen

The SolFood Kitchen is amazing about gluten free and they have so many options for vegans and vegetarians as well! I loved their tacos and cassava rolls! The staff are kind and very aware of allergens and Celiac.

Staff is super informed, and items are clearly marked on the menu. It’s a small menu but almost all of it is gluten free or can be made save for a few items. Both desserts are also labeled as gluten free.

Absolutely delicious food and the waitress and kitchen staff were super knowledgeable about gluten free and walked me through the precautions they take to avoid cross contact. I felt great afterwards! My new favorite spot!!
