The staff and kitchen are incredible. I eat here ALL the time and have never...let me repeat...NEVER gotten ill from eating here. Not only do I have gluten allergies...I am allergic to corn, dairy, legumes, soy, and eggplant. The owners are incredible, and the waitstaff is welcoming and never makes you feel like a burden. All bread, sauces and such are made in house, so you know EXACTLY what you are eating. I swear by The Spoon Trade.
