I worked here for a summer, they coat their patties in soy sauce. You can ask for them not to but they’ll cook it on the same surface. Also the gf buns are cooked on the same surface, and the fries are in a shared fryer. Even the milkshakes are made on the same spinner so literally nothing here is gf.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

I have celiac disease and we came to the Stand after seeing good reviews. When I went to order, they were out of GF buns, had no side options and were super rude. I don’t recommend coming here at all!

I only ordered fries, bc I just needed a snack. Bryan at the register was very kind and knowledgeable. I told him about my gluten allergy. He ensured me of the fries being fried in separate fryers, he explained that the extra texture of the coating was gluten free on fries too, and that they take extra precautions. He was very kind and offered other items too. Exceptional customer service !

Really great burgers and they have a gluten free bun. The staff was really understanding and the chef changes gloves and cooked the burger in a separate pan. Unfortunately the fries are fried with gluten containing items. Overall great experience and good food!
