Our waitress was Holli and she also has issues with gluten so she was a huge help! I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun, and it was the best gluten free burger I’ve had. You can do any burger or sandwich on a gluten free bun, or a wrap as a lettuce wrap! Lots of options & super careful about cross contamination!
