Very great lunch spot! Our server was very knowledgeable about my wheat & dairy allergies. She suggested several items & made sure my food was safe even after bringing it to the table.

The server didn’t know what GF options they had so I asked her to ask a manager. The place is mostly steamed stuff, so most should be gf. She wasn’t able to look at the seasoning they used to let me know, so I just ordered a salad. The salad was fine, but their options are extremely limited for someone with celiac.

Called ahead and asked if they had gluten free options. The hostess was very quick to tell me “No, ma’am, No gluten free here.” Well duly noted. Seems quite odd and generally means that they are too lazy to find out, but hey, I’ll spread the word that there is NO GLUTEN FREE to be had here.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was fantastic! The bacon wrapped shallots were delicious!

We ordered the steamer plate. They use Old Bay seasoning which is gluten free. We requested the sausage to not be added to our meal, they brought it out separately for those without Celiac's. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. Hands down the best meal we ate in Gulf Shores.
