Update- so they actually had a staff member with celiac when we went a week or so ago. He said he only eats a side of chicken and avocado. CC with other items. They say they have gluten free, but really it’s more keto. The fryers/grills are shared etc. I just have a drink when I go there now. Felt really sick after I ate their gluten free fries.

They mark items gluten free such as fries and nachos, but it’s not a dedicated fryer. Had a salad with grilled chicken and not feeling the best. I know it is a new establishment. So might try again in the future. But I would exercise extreme caution if you are Celiac
