I was a guest at the hotel and ate breakfast here. I called ahead and spoke to the chef. I asked about the breakfast menu, which didn’t haven’t any GF info. I was told that they had gluten free bread they could substitute and that they would toast separately. I was a little nervous about the substitution, but ultimately it worked out fine and I didn’t get sick from the avocado toast. It wasn’t spectacular but in a city with so few GF options it was a welcome surprise.
