My son wanted his birthday party at The Summit and I assumed I wouldn’t be able to eat there so I packed a lunch. However, they have recently updated their menu with some GF items and since an appetizer was included in the party package, I decided to try the gluten free artichoke dip. It arrived covered in breadcrumbs, so I asked the hostess about it and she was very kind about it and said she wasn’t sure if the gluten-free dip was supposed to come with crumbs and offered to bring one without crumbs. I was pretty distrustful, though, and declined. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. But the staff is fantastic.
