No gf menu but the waiter was knowledgeable. I’m very sensitive and didn’t get sick. I had an omelette with the potatoes. Nice place but I think they are busy most of the time so expect a wait. I would go again. Definitely got my money’s worth.

Ask for the separate GF menu. There were only a few brunch options but it was good. I had avocados Benedict which was basically avocado halves with a poached egg inside and hollandaise sauce. The side of potatoes were really tasty. One complaint is that the kids menu had only one breakfast entree which is a pancake with egg and bacon. My kids ended up just getting a muffin. No GF desserts or bakery items available.

I have been to Sunflower many times. They have a dedicated GF menu and the staff always seems knowledgeable. This was my first time for breakfast and I liked the option they had. Not a ton of options but 5 different ones. The side order of potatoes was huge and delicious!

They have a separate gluten free menu. They brought our son’s food with flour tortillas sitting on top. We asked them for a new meal and they got it to us right away, without issues and without any reaction!

Idk why other say there’s no dedicated menu. There is one now. I had the barbacoa omelet and it was really good. There’s enough other options you don’t feel limited. The menu is on their website. My in-laws are local and they frequent this restaurant. The gf menu is new as of 2-3 months if not a bit more(it’s June 2021 writing this)Our waiter was knowledgeable. I had no reactions and I’ll be going back for the stuffed avocado for sure.

They do not have anything gluten free. I'm not sure why it comes up on this app...if you are not too sensitive than you can get eggs for breakfast or a salad for lunch but, they strongly warn of cross contamination.
