Incredible gluten free menu options. Also, they do offer gluten free soy sauce and the manager was really polite and accommodating after I explained to the server the consequences of celiac disease. She informed me that all surfaces will be cleaned before my food is prepared as well as clean utensils and new gloves would be used in the preparation of my food. Not only is this place fantastic to sit down and eat at, but I’ve also ordered from them on DoorDash with a quick note for the kitchen saying “I have celiac disease. Please be sure of no gluten cross contamination.” and never had a problem getting sick from it. Hands down the safest sushi restaurant I’ve eaten at yet! I also noticed they recently added a gluten free main dish menu on the DoorDash app, which means they must have also added to the sit down menu. They have plenty of gluten free beverage options including alcoholic beverages. If I could give this place a million star rating, I definitely would! Thank you, The Sushi Bar, for being so careful and accommodating in the kitchen! It’s more appreciated than you know.
