I ate at the Stamford location. The staff at the register said that the burrito wraps were GF. I asked him to clarify because usually they are wheat (but my favorite restaurant has GF ones). He again INSISTED they were GF. So I ate the burrito, happy and excited to have found such a progressive restaurant while traveling. I contacted the restaurant two days later when symptoms suggested that the staff person was incorrect. I was informed that the burrito wraps are NOT GF. Be very cautious eating here.

They recently changed owners and is not gluten-free my daughter got severely sick after eating there. I would have given them zero stars if I could.

SO GOOD. stay away from anything fried, including tortilla chips and some meats (steak, pork belly, chorizo) and you’re golden. the chicken tacos were phenomenal. didn’t see much about preparation but i’m severe celiac and feel great so i assume it’s fully seperate. great stuff

My son is GF and the young man who took our order knew exactly what my son could have. He let me know of the risk with the chips, and he immediately told the chef of my son's allergy. My son loved his chicken tacos and cannot wait to go back!
Have always had a good experience here. I cannot speak to the meat bc I do not eat it but the veggie tacos are on point and gf. VERY knowledgeable staff. Knew exactly what was gf and what wasn't. Tortilla chips are sadly fried in a shared fryer. I'm considering bringing my own next time so I came partake in their guacamole.

Right off the bat the waiter was able to tell me what I can eat when I told him I have celiac. He was knowledgeable and confident, and that gave me so much peace of mind!
The chicken tacos are delicious. Be careful because the chips are not gluten free since they use the same fryers.
Delicious, non fried meats and sauces gf. Most tacos and some sides work.

I don't know why someone says they don't recommend to celiacs. I told someone I had celiac and they were great about it. I love their tacos. Parking can be challenging but a def go to for me 5 stars.
Would not recommend for Celiacs-- I was told that pork belly tacos were GF and the meat was actually fried in batter-contaminated oil and I got very sick. Be careful and ask lots of questions about how the meat is cooked.
No
Although they don't advertise as GF, all tacos and chips are corn tortillas and naturally GF. Fresh ingredients and great flavor.
