Super good and authentic tacos! We tried the carne asada, pollo asado, al pastor, and grilled pescado. There was a bit of a language barrier when ordering but we used key words like “allergy” “no flour or wheat can touch” and asked them to change their gloves. Corn tortillas are heated on a separate surface so that is a huge plus. Also we went at a not busy time (mid afternoon) which helped. No reaction to potential gluten. Chips not gluten free but the tacos are tasty enough
