I had high hopes, but had a terrible experience here. No gf indicators on menu, server unwilling/unable to ask questions. Said we had to go to web site and dig in to find nutrition information. I hated having to spend so much time trying to find food solutions. Add to that, the web site said the salad was not gluten free, but didn't offer alternatives to make it gf, so confusing. At the end, some manager stopped by to ask about our experience. When we commented on the difficulty we had with their method of documenting she got a bit snarky and let me know that it was the best way to do it. When I said it was difficult for customers she said it was the only way to manage for them and I should be glad they did it. I have heard others have had better servers who will talk to chef, but I had no such luck. Will not return.

I sent the restaurant a Facebook message because the menu did not have any information about GF options. They responded right away saying that all the smoked meat, BBQ sauce and plain baked potato were GF. I went and had 1/2 slab BB ribs and oooooh my goodness they were outstanding. I will be going back!!
