I felt fairly safe eating there. The waitress understood my needs and was familiar with what was gf. The menu has gf items integrated. I had a chicken sandwich which came on a fancy artisan bun (fancier than the regular buns) and a cup of green chili as my side. Tasty chili, I wouldn't do fries there as they have a shared fryer with lots of battered things. It was good, and I didn't get sick. It was pricey though, the chicken sandwich was $24 plus $3 for the gf bun and another $4 for the cup of chili which was considered a premium side.
