While this is not an official gluten-free restaurant, the granddaughter of the owner is celiac.So the waitstaff, who are all family, has a first-hand knowledge of celiacs and what we can and cannot eat. They took very good care of me while I was there. None of their pulled pork or ribs has gluten in it. I was able to enjoy a real meal and relax while doing so.
