The Tuscan Oven Pizzeria

All the salads in my experience are/can be gluten free if ordered without breadsticks. Caprese salad is always good. They do have a cauliflower crust that comes in and is baked in its own pan. All pizzas go into the same wood fired oven. But the cauliflower/GF pizza is separate in its pan. They also have a few different ciders available. Woodchuck being one of them.
