After speaking to multiple members of the staff—including management, waiters and the kitchen—to make clear what the celiac needs were and being assured the meal would be gluten free, the meal that was served was contaminated and served with flour-based ingredients. You cannot trust this restaurant’s gluten-free assurances. It appears they only want to take responsibility after the damage is done, and even then blame “miscommunication” amongst them as the culprit. That is unacceptable and an all too common excuse provided by an establishment more interested in getting your money than providing you the service you expect and deserve. If you are celiac, save yourself from giving this establishment your money. Do not go here.
