Staff are great, very friendly. Unfortunately the food is extremely cross contaminated. I watched my food being made and the manager still assured me that my food was not cross contaminated and they are very careful. They use the same utensils and just wipe them with a towel that is used to handle the normal pizzas. They flip utensils over as though the bottom is supposed to be more clean. It wasn’t intentional but it’s very concerning that they are so reassuring their foods are not crossed when they very, very much are! I can’t speak to the taste because I wasn’t able to eat anything safely.

What a wonderful gem of a restaurant. My meal was so fresh and the server was so accommodating to double check my order was celiac safe. Can’t wait to go back.

For pizza, we offer gluten and dairy-free cauliflower crust; because of the flour dust in our pizza oven & other pizza area surfaces, we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free environment with celiac disease.
We have a designated area for the preparation of gluten-free kitchen items.
1. Risotto is usually an option for a pasta substitute.
2. Most special items are gluten-free.
3. We also have adapted a version of Trippa Finta! It is a Sicilian recipe that translates to "Fake Tripe." it is made with egg, milk, romano cheese, and pepper. It is baked on a sheet pan and then cut into strips. It is pasta-like, but the bonus is that it is also spongy, soaking up whatever sauce it is in.
4. Almost all specials are Mediterranean-inspired. There is lots of seafood, our beef dishes are almost only pan-seared, and we NEVER dredge our beef.
